What are goals?

Goals are values that should be reached or kept and can be defined for the following values:

  • Systole
  • Diastole
  • Pulse rate
  • Weight
  • Body fat
  • Blood sugar

You can define if you want to exceed, drop below, stay over or under or between the value(s).

At the beginning no goals are defined. If you want to define goals, the values recommended by the WHO are given as orientation guide. Now you can determine the goals yourself or together with your doctor.
